I am a new solo mother, private practice owner, and licensed clinical social worker – certified (LCSW-C), with more than 20 years of experience in the Mental Health Field working with a variety of mental and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, childhood/adolescent developmental stressors, and life transitional stages. My approach is relational and integrative, collaborative and compassionate, but practical, firm, and goal oriented. My intentions in every session is that you feel that you have something you can take away and apply to your life immediately ( If you chose the perspective that every step is a step forward). I offer strong skills in the facilitation of healing, empowerment, self –awareness, symptom management, and lifestyle changes to adults, adolescents, and families. I work with you to identify and address emotional, spiritual, mental, or physical challenges that are holding you back from the life you deserve and want to live now. My specific niche is women's issues such as women's health, female adolescent depression and anxiety , perinatal depression and anxiety, post partum depression, and stress management.
